Could use better management

These apartments are very beautiful. They are reasonably priced for their location. Very close to everything that anyone could ever need, ie, shopping, dining, parks, schools. The only problem is the management. When we first moved in we did not give them permission to enter our apartment but yet on more then one occasion I came home to find maintenance workers in my apartment fixing things that were not even broken. Then there were the scorpions. My boyfriend was stung by one in our apartment and the complex would do nothing about it. They wouldnt even send someone to spray. Another time the water was shut off for 3 days due to a pipe breaking. We had to rent a hotel room for those 3 days as we still had to go to work, shower, use the restroom, do laundry, etc. The complex refused to compensate us. Its not like we were asking for a month of free rent, maybe just pro rate those 3 days. They basically said "too bad."
In the end, if you dont care about poor management this is the place to go.
