These apartments are reasonable in price and great location. the girls in the office are very nice except for the Manaager. We even like the layout, but non of this is worth living here compared to this management and the scorpion problem. My husband and I have found 5 scorpions in the past 4 months. The aprts do nothing, but spray which does nothing to kill them. Then we got a 10 day eviction notice for a large dog we had and weren't paying for. Dogs are allowed, but WE DON'T OWN A DOG. When my husband and I told them after the first warning notice we didn't have a dog they said fine disregard this notice. Then after 1 week of receiving a 10 day eviction notice we went down to the office telling them a 2nd time we don't have a dog or any pet the manager (ugly witch) stood there and looked at us as though we were lying and said an aprt employee reported us having a dog. Then she said maybe the employee saw a dog in the vaciniti of your aprtment. So apparenly you can get an eviction notice from something in the vaciniti of you here at the Palisades. Finally the manager said to drop the eviction we had to go the bank and have the sentence "we don't have a dog" noterized. How ridiulous. We offered her to come see and she said they don't do that. So , we had to prove we didn't have something that they couldn't prove we had. We're moving ASAP.
