Palisades is pretty typical for this price range but here are some things to consider. Continously revolving staff, no manager you can count on to help, transcients roaming the property and sleeping in the fitness center, dirty property with scorpions and cats everywhere, kids jumping gates and skateboarding through property, pool temp only controlled when you constantly complain, pool not open on holidays, loud garbage pick-up at 6:30 am Saturday mornings, paper thin walls and windows that allow boisterous neighbors to be heard at all hours, impossibly narrow parking spots, etc. Get the picture'
