I have had nothing but rude management, poor maintenance, and terrible pests in my 2 years living here. Last summer I had over 2 dozen scorpians in less than 2 months INSIDE my apartment, and at least that many outide that I've killed. I'm dissapointed in how they service any problems. I complained about my faucet dripping, and it took them 4 months before they changed it out (it leaked two 2liter pitchers of water in a work day), they painted over my air intake for the ac and damaged the wall when they pryed it off to replace a filter, the upstairs bathroom floods into mine if ANY water should be around the toilet area upstairs (such as the toilet overflowing - and then I'm left to clean it up because that's not THEIR responsibility!), few people actually pick up thier dog crap, and my oven has caught fire 2x's with no explanation and NO offer to replace. And now, they just increased my rent over $70. It's just not worth it.
