MY boyfriend and i moved into the pallisades last june. We were so excited that we found an apartment that we liked and for the right price. They do charge you for EVERYTHING with no exception. if you have any questions dont bother to ask them, they couldn't care less. if you havce a question the people in the office tell you " hold on these people want to rent an apt." Their security patrol is a joke.... towards the end of our lease there was a guy that we and our neighbors had seen on our patio ( we were on the first floor) when i called the security patrol they wouldnt do anything, not even answer my calls (they are there in 2 mins if it is a niose complaint). We had the police at our apt multiple times for this guy who was stalking us and nothing could be done because the office would not cooperate, we moved out early because i couldnt be home alone at night while this guy was trying to get in. Even the police said to talk to the office and see if they would let us move out early....they didnt care at all. so we had to keep paying after we moved out to a house, thank god. this guy is still walking around the complex and comes out from 12-5 am. we warned all our neighbors on the first floor. and everyone is right the scorpion problem is horrendous. we found so countless scorpions, even our dog was stung, and the office wont do anything, they say they will spray on a weds., and if you have a pet they cant be there for the next 3 days so you have to find a place for them. overall i am so glad that we are out of there. i wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.
