I lived at this dump for 6 long months. During the first month, someone working on my roof fell through my kitchen ceiling. When they fixed it, they left drywall dust everywhere. I saw more scorpions here than I have seen in the past 6 years in Arizona. Neighbors had loud parties from their balconies, which included lots of minors. There were police officers living there, but they were frequently drunk at the pool. The place looks much nicer from the front than it even comes close to. They nickel and dimed me to death, so that I got back 1/8th of my deposit, almost a month later. They charged me for cleaning the oven that I never even used! The staff were rude and sometimes hateful, and always very bad about returning calls.
