I moved here in June of 04 and moved out in June of 05. I was seeing, at one point about 7-8 scorpians a week. I tried everything to get management to care about the problem. They sprayed to kill other bugs, which don't kill scorpians, only their food supply. One lady who lived below me (meth head) got stung by one. We ended up putting tons of poison by our front door, it still didn't work totally. I called the office crying one day and begged them to let me move into another apartment. They said no and didn't even say sorry. Managements closing statement on that conversation was, "maybe you should consider what state you live in". Umm hello ----- I've been living in phoenix all my life and have NEVER seen a scorpian before, it's a problem that will never go away at this complex.
When I moved in the apartment was dirty, the pool kept on closing for not good ------- reason. There were all kinds of drugs and crazy peole there. NO security, the gates at the entry are totally crap. I really hope you read this review and don't move in. And don't buy into management, they will say anything to sell an apartment. They are cold hearted bastards with one -----. ---- THE PALISADES!!!!!!!!
