I like the Palisades. I've lived there almost a year. We have seen a couple of scorpions, but only outside. The covered parking spaces are so narrow it is a source of irritation for us. The grounds are beautiful and for the most part, the neighbors are friendly and nice. They have a nice pet policy and most people seem to be responsible for their dogs. We like it.
