Apartments do have a severe scorpion problem, and other little critters issues. Birds shitting everywhere..lousy appliances, dirty swimming pool, crapy work out room. SO if you are looking for a luxury stay, you won't find it here. These are your normal phx apts. You'll find them around metro center and christown mall. They do not belong in the location they are in. Mark my words, they won't be able to renew their rental license, so they'll convert them to condos and sell them overpriced to clueless people..Oh well, I wish this web site was more adverstised...I could have saved myself the headache of having to live here for a year. It is so stinky that I am paying rent and living at my parents house until this lease runs out.
My one positive comment is, don't blame the staff. I am a property manager myself, and they are doing the best they can. It is very hard to get problems fixed when the owners do not approve funding, because they are cheap asses. It is frustrating to them because they have to listen to everyone ----- all the time. You would not want to come to work and not be able to help people and have to stress and listen to angry people all day...Thank God I finally work for a good company.
As for the carpet cleaning and other cleaning issues at move out, please read your lease BEFORE you sign it. It is part of most lease in most States. Always remember, you are renting, you do not own it. They had it clean for you when you moved in, have the same courtesy...It is just good manners.
