This place is a total ####hole and the management does nothing to correct any complaints or problems. Scorpions are everywhere and I've lived here for 4 years and no matter what they SAY they do to correct the problem, it just gets worse. There are literally thousands of pidgeons that fly from roof to roof and balcony to bacony and crap all over your belongings. Everyone complains about this problems, yet it has been going on for years and the like the scorpion issue it just get worse. The water main breaks at least twice a year and you wake up to find you have no water so you can wash up before you go to work. It has happened at least 5 times in the last 2 years alone. Nothing gets fixed when you put in a maintenance request, in face I have put in three or four for the same problem and it doesn get fixed for weeks. They make you pay a deposit for cleaning but like other reviews I've read, the carpet is dirty torn up and crunchy when you walk on it because it's probably been there for years and they try to clean it instead of replace it. Let's just run down everything that was broken the day I moved in. Carpet was dirty and torn. Dishwasher stunk like death. Balcony screen door was bent so that it wouldn't close and the screen was torn. Garbage disposal was not working. Countertops were scratched and stained. Verticle blinds had pain on them, as did the floor tiles. Toilet never has flushed right since I moved in. Ceilings leak profusely. The best part was the charge you to supposedly fix these things and put in a new carpet and paint, and then they charge you when you move out for the same items that were messed up when you move in. Cars are broken into constantly and there is NO securtiy after 10pm. Who the hell commits a crime before 10pm when everyone is awake and can see them do it' The noise here is unreal and nothing is done to correct that because they don't want to kick people out because they have a hard time renting these places anyway. There is a ton of vandalism here and it is not a secure property. Security gates are always broken and people just follow residents into the complex when they use their gate code (no real code, just put in # and four digits and your in! Do not live here, I beg you that you will hate yourself. Management doesn't give a hoot and neither do the owners. Apartments in Compton are probably nicer than this dump!!!

What a jackass you are. If you've never had anything break down on you in your entire miserable life then you are the luckiest person on the face of the earth. And come on, how could an apartment be rented in the condition you discribe?? Please. And I happen to know that security patrols each and every night between sun down and sun up and vandalism is not a major problem. I'm not going to say nothing ever happens because that is unrealistic, and security patrol doesn't have eyes in the backs of their heads. Nor can they be EVERYWHERE on the property all at once! Oh wait, perhaps they can clone themselves! Yeah, that's it! Please....grow up.
