I honestly don't know where all these terrible comments are coming from. I have lived at the Palisades for over a year, and was shocked to see these reviews on this website. I toured many properties before deciding to rent here. The office staff was very friendly and was a major influence on where we decided to move. They continue to be helpful, we have never had a bad experience in the office.

The grounds are kept very nice, we always see people out picking up trash, keeping up with the landscaping etc. As far as the scorpians go, we have never seen one. But we have heard that some units seem to have them.

Our apartment is nice, exactly how we expected it. We were very happy with the condition of the unit when we moved in.

We really have very little to complain about. If we could change anything we would make the parking spaces bigger. Larger vehicles have trouble getting into a lot of the spaces. But, the office seems willing to work with people to resolve situations like these.
