I just moved out of the Palisades due to a job transfer. I was on this site reading reviews for a complex I would be moving to when I decided to check out the comments that were written about my current apartments. I think that some of these nasty reviews are blown WAY out of proportion. I have never experienced any of the issues that the others are talking about. My stay was actually really pleasant. I have lived in a lot of apartments where I had to deal with young partying neighbors and people constantly disturbing the peace. This complex has a lot of families and older people, all of my neighbors were always very kind and quiet. I rarely had to see the office staff because I had so few issues. Occasionally I would stop in to pay my rent in person and I was always treated well. There is nothing I can think of to complain about. They are regular apartments, with regular apartment issues. Good prices for the size, I had a lot of trouble finding something comparative for my move. I would reccomend The Palisades, I referred 3 friends to the complex during my time living there.
