I had nothing but problems the during my entire lease. I only lived at the Palisades for six months but in that time I found 9 scorpions inside my apartment. My balcony became INFESTED with pigeons, I mean inches of bird poop and 8-9 of them sitting out there at a time. The staff there was helpless, it took two months and countless phone calls to get them to come look at my patio. By that time it was so bad that they had to send a crew in to scrape and sanitize the entire patio, throw away my patio furniture, and put up netting around the outside of my balcony. I moved out over a year ago and I am still having to deal with their horrible staff because the apartment insurance company continues to charge me for renters insurance. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend living here.
