I haven't had a problem with them. I do have to admit though that in the 1 year I've lived there I have seen 3 cockroaches in my appartment. I would attribute them to the fact that this is a desertic area, and no, I have not seen scorpions. The neighbors' Well only 2 complaints: I live in the first floor, under a family with 2 small kids (I gotta give it to them, at 8pm the stomping stops LOL!), and yappy dog owners. Other than that, it has been good!
