Where to start about this apartment complex.

I have lived in the front of the complex for almost a year now. I have ONE parking spot for 2 vehicles... The only open ones are at the back of the complex. Makes for very good exercise.
After living at the Palisades for 9 months, I walked out to my car in the A.M and there was a notice that if I parked in my OWN parking spot again I was going to get towed. BECAUSE THEY NEVER GAVE ME A STICKER FOR MY WINDOW. I phoned the office, hoping for a solution. They told me if I dont get the sticker before they close, if I park my vehicle anywhere on the aparment premisses, I will be towed. So, I in turn asked, " where the hell am I supposed to park then".... Leland Proceeded to tell me to park on the road for all he cared. Very professional. NOT

Second, I was looking for a parking spot. I noticed one uncovered one, which in turn was next to a reserved parking spot, (where no one was parked at the time). I parked there. As far as I knew the "rules", that was how it was supposed to work. Well, after being parked there for a half... As I was walking up to my vehicle, I noticed a Make shift note... taped to my car, and the parking spot titled "reserved" with a car parked in it now..... that car was so close to my car that I had to get in on the passengers side of my vehicle, becuase I couldnt even open the drivers door.

The added extra tax to rent each month during my duration of living there... I moved in on a pro - rated amount. I sat in the office for half an hour trying configure the price. After coming to the conclusion on the amount, I paid that exact amount. Yet for two month I recieved notices on my door. Once for being 28 cents short, and the second one for being 11 cents short. So now, each month I call get the person who I talk to's name, and get the total amount.

The apartment itself is nice, I love the layout and plenty of room.
BUT for how much I'm paying to rent that place, I think they could at least update the appliances and cabinets and etc.

The person who lives on top of me has a black lab ( big puppy ) cutest dog, nicest neighbor, but I definetly dont like them when he plays fetch with his dog at 11 o clock at night....

Save yourself some time..... dont move here
