My wife and I narrowed our search down to two properties and this was one of them. After reading these reviews, we have easily chosen the other property and intend on staying far away from what seems like a nightmare complex at the Palisades. I have to add that while Leland was a nice guy when we visited the first time, the brunette young lady that showed us around the second time was absolutely rude and acted like she had to be somewhere (probably because she wasn't the one to make a commission if we signed). I just wonder if this management "gets it" yet. If you're going to be in customer service, you have to treat others the way you desire to be treated and hopefully that means with some kindness and consideration - especially when it is the customers/renters money. Management - are you getting it yet'

I am so glad you chose not to rent at the Palisades! At least you got to see first hand the incredible unprofessionalism and complete lack of manners the office staff has BEFORE you leased! Fortunately, as you correctly gathered from the multiple disatisfied renters' comments on this site, you and your wife were able to understand that the Palisades is a dump before you got trapped in a lease! Everyone in the front office at this place needs to go finish their G.E.D.s and/or join Jenny Craig.
