Dear palisadesmanager - Your Not Getting It !!!!! - You seem not to get that you and your staff are so unprofessional & need more training with dealing with your residents. I also made the mistake on moving to your "so-called community". The staff in the office are so rude and treated me like trash. I have always followed the rules where ever I've lived. Yes the property is beautiful and well kept, but the management is what makes a great community and by reading all the other reviews, I guess that I am not the only one that thinks this way. Your property gives our P.V. Mall area a bad name. That is why I left the Palisades and went to Mountain Gate down the street, A complex with a caring and professional manager. I would of thought after all these years you would change but I guess you still don't get it.

Aren't they the worst? The office staff has such an over-inflated perception of themselves. Hey people, you work in an apartment office! Wake up! None of you are what would be considered "over-achievers." You are all just apartment rental office trash!

A year ago my friend and I went here to look at an apartment - they wouldnt even show us an apartment because my friend had tattoos! She has a cross on her wrist and the apartment worker noticed it and excused herself and was in the back for a good 5 minutes and finally came out to tell us we couldnt live there. What if my friend had a long sleeve shirt on and no one noticed her wrist tattoo? Would they have kicked us out if they saw her by the pool? The office staff was highly unprofessional about it - not kind in anyway and I could tell she would be a ----- to have to work with. I live nearby at Bell Sera and jog by this complex a lot and always see tattoos on residents living there - I am glad we got turned down. We have even heard gun shots there before from my complex. I would re-think living there if I were looking for a place - the office staff seems highly judgemental and unprofessional. Bella Sera next door is priced reasonably and the office staff there are great!
