Great location next to Paradise Valley Mall / shopping, fast food restruants, close to bus routes, very nice park next to apartments, if you have middle school kids great for that too, attractive complex look. Close to the Airpark business area. Nice fireplace!

Maintenance is always late, needs more parking spaces, scorpion infestation in the summer, our bikes were stolen off our back covered patio as well as other nieghbors we knew in the area, cops had to stop major parties with arrests, younger croud moving in that are not respectful for other tentants, has more police patrols than any other place we have lived'
