I have no idea what that person was talking about that they charge a full months rent for a deposit. Rent is 778.50 for a 2bed 2bath, and we paid 350.000 to move in, deposit, and all the utilities, and cable internet, phne all together. This is a very quiet community, and if you know how apartment living is, you will realize that this apartment community is a great place to live for the price.!!! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
