I have lived at Palm court since the early part of the summer of 2003. What "appeared" to be a quiet gated community now has turned into the security gate being broken on 3 different occasions, kids screaming at all hours, cars blaring their radios to a very limited gym facility. For a 25.00 deposit, you'd think you would get a bit more. I have on 2 different occasions called the "courtesy officer" only to never receive a call to let me know that he even got the call or that the issue was looked into. So much for security. Based on other communities which are closer to downtown, this complex is a bit pricey but I figured "eh, at least I don't have to worry about trash living here"...BOY WAS I WRONG.
I will be happy when my lease is up and I give my business to some other apartment community that lives up to its name.
