Palm court is a Great place to live, management and staff is very professional and very friendly. I had an issued on a Saturday that was fixed within 30 minutes of my phone call (Quick maintenance service). This place is a little noisy, but I don't blame management I blame the noisy people. Scale of 1 to 10= 10
