It's a fairly quiet place, both inside and out. Maintenance is always quick to fix any problems that may come up, and they do it right.
There is one covered parking spot per unit, and a few "first-come-first-serve" scattered about. If you have two cars it's likely you'll sometimes have to put one in the large dirt overflow lot in the rear of the complex.

The big issue that seems to be going on here is the lack of concern by the office staff and management. They seem to think that everyone that lives here will do their courtesy patrol for them since the people that do it are inept at it. Hire people that are only dedicated to doing security work and there wouldn't be a problem. With the increases in rent every month it doesn't seem like it would be an issue with the amount of profit they are making. But there seems to be a pattern with firing good people and keeping people that are stupid on staff.

Why continue to sign leases and live there? It looks like you've been there at least 2 years and if there are issues, why not leave? There are plenty of other complexes in that neighborhood .... just wondering. I lived there for 2 years and never had break-ins, the biggest issue I had were the people wandering in off the street to use the fitness room. LOL
