I've lived in the general Phoenix area for about 20 some years now and have watched the crime trends over time.
I was surprised to see armed guared in the various conveninece stores in that area when I visited.
That surprised me as I always thought that part of town was pretty cool.
That's not cool...I'll keep looking....
