For the first six months we lived in this complex, everything seemed nice. Seemed that way until something broke. It took an act of congress to get the maintence people out to our apartment in order to try and get something fixed. When they eventually came, they did such a shotty job whatever they were fixing broke again in a matter of days. The maintenance supervisor is a raging alcoholic and commonly picked fights with the tennents. When we tried to move out, our lease on file was missing three pages and had been changed, with my approving initials forged on the document. Blatenly forged. Overall, only the damned should even think about considering residence here, eventhough they could probably find somewhere better.
