It is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment complex. The cornerstone of my satisfaction, has been, the personalized attention from the present manager of the complex. Amen, to the fact that nothing is perfect. My overall assesment of the living accomadations and comfort level, are satisfactory. There has always seemed to be a concerted effort to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the grounds. Most of the challenges, operational or logistical have been met with expeditious follow up. In a multi-ethnic environment it is difficult to expect uniform expectations yet at the complex this somewhat seems to have been achieved. There is predominantly a mexican presence, some mid eastern, northern -------, native american and far eastern presence making for an interesting potpourri of ethinicity.
The ambient is relatively peaceful, being upset by periodic unrest from mostly outside sources. Overall it is quiet. Lately the grounds seemed to have fallen in attention. I like the overall central location, major commercial sources and other being very close and walking distance. Parking is orderly but from time to time needs some administrative order. My overall sentiment, is good.
