People should disregard the previous review; I highly doubt that this person even lived in the complex. First of all, this place is great and second, people live here with their family, they have children......these kids need to go out and play, and that is exactly what they are doing....they are just being kids!! So, I don t understand why this person would complain about too many kids running around!! This is a very well kept building compared to others in the area (I have lived in the neighborhood for a long time now). Also, people who say that management is racist needs to think twice before you make a statement like that. I am proud to say that I am a Mexican and I don t get any special treatment than anyone else in the building because of that!! In my opinion, the management/maintenance team is very professional, fair, proactive...bottom line, they get the job done! They do an excellent job in keeping this building safe and clean. I love my apt, the location of the building and would not want to live anywhere else. I will highly recommend this particular building to anyone who is looking for an affordable, convenient location, safe & clean apt that they can proudly call their home.

To the person that says there are no other apts in the area....are you kidding me? I understand that the community is gated but they do open, you need to step outside once in a while and look around as the area is full of apartments. Bottom line is that for a property built in the 80's, it is a very nice community. The staff takes care of everything they can and more. The roofs just got replaced, the bldgs are well kept and the landscaping is decent. Yeah the annoying guy w/ the ice cream thing comes through but I have seen the staff chase him off when they see him.

I think the first response was right, this place was horrible! Well kept buildings? Is that why my dishwasher and A/C broke withing days of moving in to a rundown apt with the floors peeling up? Not to mention the stained carpet in the living room and the toilet constantly being plugged and the shower leaking onto my bedroom carpet. And "gated community?" the gates were broken the entire time we lived there! They got fixed maybe once and that was it. I'm glad I broke my lease to get out of there, it was worth the money we had to pay them just to leave! And I never saw management run that guy with the bell off. In fact he used to stand right outside our apt and ring that bell! disgraceful
