I found this dump online and moved here from out-of-state. I kicked myself the minute I saw the place. There was a rotting pumpkin in the kitchen cabinet upon move-in left behind by the previous tenants who had moved out many months before. Happy f**king Halloween to me! The bathrooms of course were disgusting with hair all over the place. And to top it all off...the a/c was broken and this was June 1st. Welcome to Phoenix (or Hell) as I soon began to call it. At least they fixed the air and cleaned the place within 24 hours but this should have been done BEFORE we moved in! We had the most low-life neighbors (except for Mike) and there were stray cats everywhere. I swear the couple downstairs had 6 children and he was an obnoxious drunk who would approach people in the parking lot. Then they had the nerve to complain about our footsteps which is the only noise they heard from us because we were very quiet. Get a top floor apt. if you can't deal with hearing footsteps. He probably would have fallen off the balcony while in one of his drunken stupors had they been on the top floor. Out of the 5 months that I lived here, I think the pool was closed for almost half the time for various reasons. It seemed as if there was a new manager and new maintenance each month. One good thing I will say about this place is it was very quiet. Also, it was fairly safe.
