I have lived here for over 6 years and it was ok in the beginning because they had a very nice manager and good management company who kept the pool and jacuzzi heated and clean. NOW, for the past 2 years or more, this place has just went totally downhill. the lady who wrote good things can't even spell and made about 10 huge spelling mistakes so i wouldn't trust her opinion because a lot of the people that live there are weird and incompetent anyways. the manager is a horribly evil woman who takes her landlord authority WAY too seriously. so the grounds are not kept up anymore, there are dirty kids running everywhere and w/ no parents around at all. when i pull in, i have to tell the kids that this is a parking lot and not a playground, but why listen to me when they can do whatever they want. the pool is always ice cold and if it is ever a warm enough to get it, it's so dirty you can't even see the bottom. the jacuzzi might be slightly warm if you're lucky, but it's definitely gonna be dirty and you might even get lucky enough to see the magic "foam" that arises from it. we have no idea what that is from. also, the outside bbq grills rarely work, but you won't put your food anywhere near them once you see them. so my advice is to stay as far away from this place as possible. i'm moving out soon, thank god.
