I'll start with the positives: The management was always kind and helpful. The location of the apartment complex is perfect - centrally located and near the freeway, but without the freeway noise. The rent price is very fair. Although the buildings are older they are in fair condition and are good sized. By far the best price for the area. I had great view of the golf course and easy access to Papago Park.

Negatives: The noise! There were always children running around and yelling in the parking lot. Never any parents in sight, although the lease agreement says that children must be supervised at all times. What made this situation worse is that the windows are so thin, they might as well not be there as they do nothing to block out noise or cold air in the winter. Although there are assigned parking spaces, I found someone parked in my space on quite a few occasions. While I usually felt safe inside the gated complex, just a few feet away in Papago Park there are a lot of unsavory activites going on. I know because I witnessed a drug deal take place at the entrance in the middle of the day! At night there were frequently people partying in the park just a few feet away from where I parked my car, and trash was thrown into the apartment complex.
