When I first moved into this complex it was a very quiet and well kept community. As years passed and three different managers (one of which was the owner's son; the place has deteriorated into a complex whereby the owner justs want to keep the rental property full of tenants. Other amenities can probably be requested and given if you ask for them.

Recent improvements have repaired roof problems but the landscaping is poor, the laundry room has machines that are vandalized, trash recepticles (both pathways and trash bins) are usually full to overflowing, and general upkeep not at a high standard.

It is convenient to the core downtown areas (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe) but if you want real peace and quiet this complex may not be want you desire. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
