I have lived here almost 2 years. I have lived next to a drug dealer who had 3 non-leasing people living with him. I now live below a "family" who is very loud and has domestic disputes. One time, I found the man upstairs passed out on the stairs at 5 a.m. in the morning. He crawled up the rest of the way when he heard me walk outside and then leaned over the balcony and puked on the sidewalk in front of me. The kids bang constantly on the floor........neighbors have parties and the "element" gets worse all the time. I think they are taking lots of "subsidized" renters. It was a beautiful courtyard........they let new landscapers tear out EVERY flowering bush ! Now it looks like hell. Even new paint cannot fix what is wrong here !
