Cockroaches

Our apartment was not ready for the day we were supposed to move in and we had to wait until the next day. We found the apartment smelling of smoke, with cigarette ash in all of the cabinet drawers, and the apartment was infested with roaches. The management never returned my calls, even before the move. I am generally not impressed by the managements operating skills.
