Paradise Falls

Have lived here for almost four years and up to the past few months when new management took over, I was very happy with how great the management was, very friendly, doing everything possible to ensure a clean safe place. This new management is impossible to deal with, no answers to anything, no following through on any repairs, total uninterest when forced to call them. It appears like so many other places, it makes a difference who is doing the managing and this bunch surely falls short. I also agree with previous reviews in that they are letting anything move in right now and I don't feel safe at all anymore. They never advise us of anything that they do take it upon themselves to change, i.e. the gate system which is most often left open now or they decide to close it and all the codes have changed and no ones card will work and we are forced to sit outside to wait for someone to be exiting the premises in order for us to get in. This, having never been advised of any changes to the code system. The place looks considerably dirtier than ever and I fear it will continue to deteriorate. It appears this management is only interested in padding their pockets and to hell with working with the tenants. I am totally unhappy with all aspects of living here at this time.
