So far I have had no problems since moving in at the beginning of July. The apartment was ready to move in, walls painted, new carpet, staff has been nice, especially Lucy who helped me all the way. Also, the apartment is very quiet, thankfully, I think I live in the quietest part of the complex. I do have to say that the grounds need to be kept up better, after the first 2 wks almost going on 3, I finally saw a company come to take care of it, also, the pools are very small, usually full of kids. Poor lighting around the complex makes it a little bit scary.
