Moved to Phoenix with limited budget. And this place fits the bill. My experience with management has been great. Treat them nice and they will treat you nice in return. Been very responsive to me.
The area leaves a little to be desired. But your in a walled community and that helps. I haven't seen any crime personally. The people that live here are generally good people.
