Not horrible but net very good

When my husband and I moved in we knew we were moving to the ghetto, so that's not something I'm going to complain about, I will however warn any prospective renters that the complex has horrible parking we have two cars and are only allowed one assigned space, this also wouldn't be a problem if there was an ample amount of uncovered parking. If you arrive there after 8pm you give up any hope of parking in this "gated community" What makes the problem even worse is that there is always somone parked in our assigned space, and when you call the tow company there is never any answer, you have to leave a message. My husband's car managed to get towed one night when he parked someone else's spot cause someone had taken ours. I don;t think that if we;re paying rent we should have to park outside of the gates on the street!!! Then there are the hoards of children palying at all hours of the day and night. If you happen to work nights be warned that you may be awakened by the sounds of children running up and down the stairs... BEWARE on thursday mornings the landscapers come to disturd the peace by blowing non-existent leaves throught out the courtyards, and to do their weekly maintenance which apparently doesn't include cleaning the poo from the various large breed dags that are kept by tennants.
Between the parking issues, the kids, the gardners and the extensive delays in resolving maintenance issues we have decided not to extend our lease. Unfortunately it's hard to find accomodations that compare to the price and space that you get here. But despite that I'd rather pay more and have a smaller place than to deal with Paradise Falls any longer.
