Paradise Falls

This complex was OK to live in. I moved in when the previous management was here. They were wonderful. They were welcoming, made sure people felt safe, took care of things. The office staff for the new management didn't feel very warm and welcoming. Just come in, do what you need to, and leave. Properties, parks, etc surrounding Paradise Falls are always having police officers, gunshots, violence, and drugs. While I was there I had a LOT of trouble with roaches (even w/ a 1x week spray). They were always all over my kitchen (counters, cupboards, fridge, dining area). We also had problems with some kind of ant. Our fridge was always giving us problems. It would get really cold and freeze things in the fridge, and then stop so everything would get warm and go bad. I had to toss food every week. When they finally fixed the problem (another one 2mo later) we ended up w/ the same problems. They never replaced the second bad fridge. I chose to break my lease and went through all the required steps to have a clean break. When I checked my credit report, they marked it as eviction. When I brought this to attention, they somehow "lost" my paperwork and notification of leaving. All that work and money and I got screwed. I would not rent from this property or the one directly north (next to) of it. The newer owners/management don't seem to care for the complex or it's tenants.
