I have been here for 3 months now, and i find things okie, never had any BIG problems so far. The construction is average, and its easily visible. Location is gud, with grocery stores close by -Foodcity just across, frys and walmart is also close. In last 3 months I have seen 2 small roaches in my apt. I donno if that was because I dont keep my apt clean or was it part of this complex, but again that was winter, so cant say what will happen in summers.
And one gud thing is they have some gud deals while leasing the apt. If you know someone here then get his name as referer and u could split the reference amt of $300-$400. So if u plan to move and dontt have any reference then just mail me at letseewatsup @ yahoo
