We lived in one of the Castitas (that?s an apt with no one above or below) it?s a large unit (1005 sq ft)at a good price. Repairs and maintenance are done in a timely manner. Office staff isn?t too bad. Pat is great, but Dorinda, the manager is annoying.

Tons of parking available, covered spaces are assigned, BUT, the complex is right across the street from the Holdrige Apts.where delinquent kids live. My car window was broken in 2 mos. after moving in and since then, so many cars were broken into, no one parks at the north end anymore.

Other than that, it is very quiet (we were far enough away from the pool) and the neighbors are pretty friendly.

I?m writing this in Dec. 2002, we?re moving out in Jan. 2003 into a house.
