We have lived here for three years and are moving next month.
The pool is always cold and is supposedly heated. Right.
The apts don't offer washer and dryer. There isn't a fitness center on the premises. It's a pain doing laundry.
The assigned parking sucks because sometimes your assigned place is way far away from your apartment.
When you need repairs, they come right away and get those fixed.
