Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
new people rather ill mannered & ill behaved .. no longer gated 24/7 ... very unhappy about gates being open in the daytime ... think they are open too late in the evenings & weekends ... new manager trying to do well but she cannot fill her predecessor's shoes ... moving out when lease expires unless security tightens up, people stop partying all night, & kids stop running amuck screaming for hours & hours & hours on end) ... I hate to say it but not a great place to live anymore
