beware about moving here.....

Well, We have lived here since October of 2004 and when we first moved in the manger staff was GREAT always wanting to help then just after we moved the manger that help us (tina) left. No one really knows why. Well in December of 2005 i losted my job and went to tell the mangament staff and there was nothing they could do...i let them know that they would get the rent just not on the 1st...i would still get a late fee. So The manger now (kym) dose not care about really anything she is the type that just comes to her job and dose not want to be bother and when she is she is VERY rude.
Today my daughter went to go ask her and the assident manger a questions about my son, her bother and they were very rude to her and all my daughter wanted to know if she could please page the maintance guy to ask if her little bother was with them because sometimes he helps them out. And they would not page him until she rise her voice.
So mangment is not very nice.
The ground are kept in good shape but we have gates and they seem never to close when they stay open for over 5mins after you have open it yourself and we have had lots of car broken in to because we live right across from hollridge apartments witch is people who have mostly got out of jail and they do drugs and have a lot of cops over there...I know that because i lived there for about 5months and then i came over to these apartments because i thought that they might be safe but lately not that safe as it was when we first moved in.
the people her are very nice and friendly.
Well, i hope that you make the right choice in chooseing the right apartment.
