About a year ago I moved out of Paradise Foothills. My note to all current tenants is this: Life is way better on the other side. When your lease is up don't clean the apartment because you can pretty much kiss your deposit down the drain. They have a clause on the back of the apartment lease which they use to screw you out of the deposit. If I remember correctly they have a five star rating they give you. Based on that star you get charged a cleaning fee (per square foot''')... The definitions are so up to interpretation the managers use that clause to screw you out of your money. Believe me, I am a clean freak, I cleaned that apartment better then I received it but the ladies still screwed me. The best way to deal with the problem is to suck up the loss Until you move out though please screw with management because they are rip off artists.
