Pool is heated year-round. Place is quiet and well landscaped. Always plenty of parking including one covered. Staff is kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. What more could you want without paying too much for an apartment' I highly recommend this place.

Hmmmm, sounds like an advertisement. Very different from the known issues with this property. Again, BEWARE!

I stongly believe in the original statement, I mean really. The improvements taken place are not getting credit. The landscaping looks good more than not. The staff is really nice, that's not an advertisement. The problems that occur on the complex is that people need to take more pride in where they live and not treat everything like a FRATERNITY HOUSE. The world is not a dumping ground and patios are meant to be enjoyed not to store trash. I have noticed on a regular, management working to get everyone to comply. But again, people just want everything to be done effortlessly and that's not how things work! If you get a notice on your door, it's because you deserve it not because the management want to be jerks, I am sure. I work in real estate, and for the price of the apartment here and the economy the way it is, you couldn't ask for a better place. It is a great location and close to everything. I am happy to recommend this to friends and family.

I had posted highly recommending the place when I first moved in too. I always had plenty of parking. Then they re-did the stupid map and I have JAMMED between two jerks that park as close to the line as possible. It sucks. Yes I could park in visitor, but I'm not a visitor. I'm a paying resident that doesn't want their door dinged and would like to enjoy the covered parking. Why are all we all so damn close? I drive an SUV and so does my parking lot neighbor. This morning I couldn't get in on my side of the car at all. I could bring it up but it won't do any good. You're always at the mercy of whoever is in the office to put money on your laundry card whenever they make it to the office.
