When I moved in Paradise Foothills, I was told they gave free membership to Bally's and the complex was quiet. Not true. I have hated living here every month and can't wait to move!
The first few months I had to complain to the office about the loud music of my neighbor, the walls are thin, the traffic on Thunderbird made it hard to sleep, they canceled the Ballys memberships, would not provide dog poo bags after a while and the laundry room machines are dirty and clogged with old soap.
Not worth the cheap rent they sucker you into. What a long year.

I agree, when I moved in they were working on building a fitness center. Then it turned into a membership at bally's we could never get the paperwork for months until they finally admitted it wasn't available anymore. Does anyone appreciate being mislead or lied to? How about paper thin walls that dent easily (been covered over way too many times) When the wind blows my blinds move even though the windows and doors are shut because they were not installed or managed correctly. My bedroom door doesn't shut without a huge shove. My living room isn't level (if you stand in the middle of the room you're taller than the guy next to you). I think it's a quiet community and people are friendly, but it's a bit overpriced. If you get a good deal closer to what the other apartments are going for then it's a nice place. The maintenance staff has been excellent. They respond and fix anything I have asked for in a timely manner.
