Some reviews are pretty rough while others sound like the management trying to keep their rating up. Quite a few promises were made at move in that were not kept. Moving in the place smelled like paint so I didn't notice until later all the other smells and issues with my apartment. Even with the repeated issues, I was never offered a rent credit or anything for my inconvenience. That's not the greatest of customer service.

Maintenance staff have always been helpful, friendly and quick to respond. I think they do the best they can. Gate broke for a long period of time. I had a neighbor that liked to BLAST his stupid ghetto car radio while he cleaned his interior out back. It was annoying. I was surprised no one said anything to him.

I enjoyed my time here, but I know we can do better with rents dropping like they have been. Unfortunately the office staff was not willing to negotiate much of a deal, so I'm over it. I'd like a washer and dryer in my place for 100-150 less. There are several apartments even right next to it going for less.
