Coming from one who just moved here from Virginia:
If they had a 3-bdrm, I would renew my lease. For the price, no apt complex could offer more on amenities, especially for new comers to Arizona. Very central to everything in the Valley, including interstates, churches, top schools in the valley, parks, hiking trails, stores and malls, etc. Spent 6 months looking for a church to find two great churches within a 5 mile radius. The staff has been great. And the amount of swimming pools' Your choice! I love being right outside the waterfalls... If you decide to move here, ask for the proximity. Also, I did not know that they had apts with a spiral staircase in them! If you like being around people, dont mind children at play, this is the place to start. If it gets too noisey, they address it immediately. Moved to Arizona just just over a year ago. Wish they had condos. Outside of everything looking new at move in, the cupboards were somewhat disappointing as some are whelped. When folks come for a visit, they are always very pleased.
