I would definetly steer clear of this place.
They said anything to get us in here. we were looking for cheap housing and we found it but the price is the only thing that's right. we found drug baggies when we first moved in and reported it to the office; as far as i know nothing was ever done. had to get the ac fixed the first day we moved in. our apartment was drafty because it wasn't sealed properly or because of the big hole at the floor that went up the wall. which we eventually patched ourselves. and all along the wall that faces outside there are cracks and small holes. we had a major ant infestation on our patio and they eventually came inside when it started to get chilly. the park is crap. when we first moved in, my son and i walked to the playground which smelled like a giant litter box and was infested with bees. nothing was ever done. we have had the items on our patio soaked many times by the sprinklers that the matinance team hooked up to the faucet on our porch. nobody picks up their dogs poop. we have also had the water cut off 6 times because of leaks but no warning which sucks while your in the shower. the neighbors were friendly enough and even invited us over to smoke crack. what a wonderful place to raise my kids.
i couldn't be happier that we are moving. don't move here. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
