I used to live here about 3 years ago, and I loved it. I couldn't find one thing wrong with anything other than parking. I moved back last August, and it has been the biggest nightmare. The maintenace refuses to fix anything right, if at all, and the office is not always willing to help. I have had just about everything wrong in my apartment, and am counting down the days for my lease to end. I had mold in my bathroom, on the tile...that took 4 months for them to finally replace the linoleum. I had mold in my cabinets, due to a rain storm, and about 2 months after constant complaining, they finally came in, and simply painted over it. My carpets were filthy right when I moved in, and my washer and dryer shake my apartment when they are in cycle. The doors to my washer and dryer have never closed properly, and they come in to fix it the ceapest way possible. I have not felt safe here, from day one, and what's the point of assigned parking' I never have my spot, and everytime, I call the office, to have it towed, they never do it. I watched a car sit in my spot for 2 days. Cars come flying in and out all night long, with their loud music, and squealing tires. If you like to risk your health from mold, and like to stay up until 4am, due to the noise, then this is the hell hole for you!
