I moved in a little more than two years ago and have experienced nothing but problems. From the management to the maintenence. They all suck. The maintenence is unresponsive. My a/c broke last June and it took the maintenence 3 days to fix and in the meantime refused to put me into an alternative apartment. The office staff are very rude and despite the fact they have fired and rehired new management up there several times since I have moved in I have not seen any positive change. The security is not very assuring. I have had several incidents (i.e. car broken in to, tires slashed) in which security was too "busy" sitting in the leasing office. The apartment complex may appear large on the outside however there are not near enough parking spaces to accomodate this many people. I have come home on numerous occasions to find someone else parked in my spot and no uncovered spaces available forcing me to park 5 minutes away from my apartment. And again the office staff wouldn't do anything about it. I would not reccomend this apartment to anyone. In fact turn around now and RUN! This place is not worth it.
